Channels

Channels connects messaging platforms and mailbox flows to the workbench and routes inbound work to a selected reply agent.

Open Channels when​

  • Suora needs to receive work from outside the desktop UI
  • a reply agent should serve a platform-specific audience
  • you need webhook, stream, or email-based routing
